Clay Maxfield

Clay Maxfield is a certified personal trainer that has been training for nearly 6 years. Aside from personal training he has also taught at Delphi Community School Corporation as an Advanced P.E./Weight Training instructor along with middle school P.E. education. Outside of these endeavors he has also been coaching high school basketball for 6 years. 


Clay looks to instill his passion and knowledge for fitness to anyone willing to learn, all the while aiding them along their journey to a healthier lifestyle. In his free time, Clay enjoys being outdoors with his beagle Bruce, and spending time with friends and family.

Jarissa Gillaspy

Jarissa first started her fitness journey when she attended a BodyPump class and then decided she was going to become a certified instructor and work on her own fitness. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds 5 Les Mills certifications. She specializes in high intensity interval training, strength training, muscular endurance training, and core and stabilization.


Ryan Meador

Ryan is from Little Rock, AR where his interest in fitness peaked in high school after discovering rugby. He's been a personal trainer for 4 years and loves helping people feel better about themselves. He holds a personal trainer certification and a functional fitness certification from NFPT. He focuses on developing flexibility, muscular endurance/strength, correcting body pattern movements and muscular imbalances to improve how we feel, move and perform on a daily basis. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys riding his bike, taking his dog to the park and any excuse to spend time outside!


 

Alex Lugar

Alex grew up in a small town in Iowa where her love for endurance sports, running, and fitness came from participating in high school sports. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has a B.S. in Biology from Iowa State University. Alex has competed in dozens of races including triathlons, adventure races, marathons, and has even coached Track and Field. In her free time, she enjoys bouldering with her husband, being outdoors, working out, and playing with her dogs.

Eric Winkler

Eric holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. He attended Danville Area Community College where he played baseball as a pitcher and center fielder. He enjoys helping others improve the quality of their life. He specializes in muscle development, performance, and weight loss. His hobbies are spending time with his two year old son, working out, watching sports, and playing men’s slow pitch softball on a travel team.

Dusty Skees

Dusty grew up in Lafayette, Indiana area as an unhealthy and inactive person up until her 20s. Through lifestyle changes, she became active and fit and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years now. She began with teaching group fitness classes, some of which were here at Club NewTone, and then became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in 2010. She specializes in muscular strength, toning and circuit training. Dusty is the mother of 4 boys who she enjoys playing sports with and watching all of their sporting events.

Brandy Newlin

Brandy has been actively engaged in health and fitness for over 20 years. She has completed 3 Ironman races and over 10 full marathons. Brandy holds many certifications, which include: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills RPMTM, Silver Sneakers level 1 and level 2, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Classic Cycle, and Swim Lesson Instructor. She has designed and instructed sports-specific conditioning classes for triathlons, distance running, mountain biking, weight loss, and weight training. Through these classes she has coached dozens of first-time marathoners and tri-athletes across their first finish lines.
